How to paint and draw our feline companions with imagination, capturing the essence of these sometimes mystical creatures. Suitable for all aspiring artists at any level in water media, including cat lovers and beginners. Please register your interest with Higham Hall. Details below.

Higham Hall is situated on the northern edge of the English Lake District, Cumbria, between Cockermouth (3 miles) and Keswick
(8 miles), a mile from Bassenthwaite Lake.

Payment for Higham Hall courses
Pay over the phone by card or cheque to 'Higham Hall College Limited'. Deposit £50 on booking. Balance due one month before start of the course.
If you cancel a course, £25 is non-refundable/non-transferable. The reminder can be transferred (as a Balance) up to one month before the start of the course.
When paying Balance, you have the option to take out Cancellation Protection at £5 per night. Covers 80% refund (less Deposit) if cancelled before course starts through illness or injury of self, or close relative (Doctor's note required).
No refunds without this cover.
Your own Travel Insurance may cover you.
Special diets catered for, please inform when booking.
Assisted Places Scheme
If your income is low and you receive certain state benefits, or you are aged 18 to 25, you can apply for a Higham Assisted Place and a Friends of Higham Bursary. Contact Higham for details.
Gift Vouchers
An ideal present available on request for any amount.
Access
Ground floor generally wheel-chair accessible. Ground floor beds available in Bungalow. Carers, if sharing, can claim a discount and will only be charged for meals. Stair lift for hall bedroom access.
