 Chalice Arts Holidays Booking Form Booking in advance is recommended for all workshops. A deposit of £20 per person is required. Deposits are non-refundable to cover admin costs. The balance is due 4 weeks before the workshop (refunded in full if you cancel before this). You are welcome to send a post-dated cheque for the balance with this booking form.
